Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Killer Mane Salon for your services, we value each and every client that walks through our doors. 
 
As much as we value you, we also value our stylists, including their time and expertise in this industry! Moving forward we will require every client to keep a credit card on file within our ENCRYPTED system. This has become a standard practice for many salons and beauty service providers within our industry. 
 
1.     Cancellations: Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice can result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.


2.     No-Shows: Things happen we get it.... however, if we do not receive a phone call within 24-hours of your missed appointment to reschedule your appointment, KMS will charge your card on file, 75% of your booked service fee and you will no longer be able to book appts at Killer Mane Salon.


3.     Late to Appointments: We understand life can be tricky at times, but if you are going to be late more than ten-minutes we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please call as soon as possible if you are running late. 
We appreciate the understanding of our polices. We want to make sure that our stylists are being compensated for their time spent at the salon.
